The first step in flirting is to get eye contact from a distance and see if you can exchange smiles. If she gives you positive vibe, then you can pursue her further. But, if it seems that she’s not interested (you don’t get a smile back) ... move on.

Once you find a woman that you think you can pursue, send a drink to her. Do not think she’ll fall at your feet with a simple drink. But just watch when she receives the drink and smile. Then just look away ... you don’t want to stare and look creepy. You can look back later to show your interest.

Remember that you don’t HAVE to buy anymore drinks; you’re only using the first one as a ice breaker.
 

Slowly work your way over to her table ...If you’re lucky, you might even find yourself invited. Once you get there, keep your mind on creating a good conversation and not on getting her phone number. Women want to  get to know a man before they give out contact information. You need to make an effort to get to know her  and then give her the chance to get to know you. Once she starts to act a bit comfortable around you, then you can ask for a phone number.

Once you start talking to her , make sure you give her compliments.  Make sure though, that the compliments are genuine. Don’t use same old lines that she’s heard 1000 times ... you’ll only turn her off of you. Simply take notice what you find nice about her and compliment them authentically. This can be as noting her shoes, if she has a real nice pair on.
Caution! Don’t ever touch a woman uninvited. Most women hate  touchy feely guys that they don’t know. Respect her personal space at the start. Once you get chatting for a while, try moving in moving in a bit closer and watch her reaction. If she starts to move back, abort your advances.

If she lets you get closer, you’re probably in the clear for a touch later on. Make sure you first touches are confined to the hands or ...  don’t touch anymore until you are certain it will be acceptable by her.

Remember to respect yourself at all times. Women like men that are confident.  Don't gape or plead or act desperate. Do so, and you’ll loss her.  It’s much better just to move on to the next woman then to beg one that’s not really interested in you.

The last tip is just to be yourself ... be your best self ... but still just be yourself. Woman can easily pick out if you acting and try to be someone you not. They get this from most of the other blokes that flirt with them and are turned off be it.
