The Movies - This has be a classic place for people to bring their dates for a long time. But it’s really a bad idea. The main reason is that you’re going on a date to get to know the other person better. This talking to the person and talking is something you really can’t do at the movies. There is also the possibility that you’ll pick a movie that the other person really don’t like, which make things even worse.

A night club or busy bar - Even if you both really enjoy the club, it still a bad idea. The reason being that they are just too loud to have a good conversation with a person. You’ll constantly  find yourself yelling at your date, just so they can hear what you saying.

A sleazy restaurant – You may be on tight budget or for whatever reason don’t have much money to spend on a date. But going to sleazy restaurant just so you can keep thing affordable is real bad idea. Even if you don’t mind the place, your date will more than likely hate it. It’s much better just to find something that you can free. The great thing is that there’s a lot of great things you can do for free on a first date.

A  Simple Coffee Date – This one is simple and affordable. Coffee shops are a great neutral environment where you can have a great conversation with a person. It’s hard to go wrong with this one. Just make sure you pick a quit cafe as some get real busy and loud.

The Amusement Park – There are very few people that don’t enjoy an amusement part. Your almost guaranteed that you date will have fun and it’s a great place to walk around and talk.

The Museum – This one you have to be a bit careful with. You need to know that the museum contains something that is common interest to you both. But, if you find the that common interest, you can really hit it off in a museum.

Other Places to think about for you first date.

• An arcade and play games.
• A walk on a popular beach
• A nice pool or bowling haul ... just make sure your date like to play first
• If you both have dogs, you can try a walking you dogs in the park

No matter where you pick, remember it should be somewhere you both can have fun.
